1. Qualification Requirements
Business Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must provide:

A valid business license or registration certificate

A reseller permit or tax ID number (if applicable)

Proof of at least 6 months of trading history

An active physical or online retail store

Commitment to selling authentic football merchandise

Documentation Required

To begin the process, please submit the following:

Completed wholesale application form

Copy of your business license

Reseller certificate or VAT registration (if applicable)

Two business references

2. Ordering Terms
Payment Terms

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Net 30 terms (available after approval)

Payment Requirements:

First order requires full payment in advance

Credit terms are available after consistent purchase history

Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly fee

Returned payments are subject to a £20 service charge

Place your first prepaid order to activate your account.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To ensure fair competition and brand value, PureFan enforces a strict Minimum Advertised Price Policy:

Updated MAP lists provided quarterly

Applies to online and in-store pricing

Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination

MAP Violation Policy:

1st violation: Written warning

2nd violation: 30-day suspension

3rd violation: Permanent account termination

6. Account Maintenance
Ongoing Requirements

Annual account review

Updated business documentation upon request

Maintain minimum annual purchase volume

Full compliance with PureFan wholesale terms

Account Status

Active accounts: Meet all purchase and compliance requirements

Inactive accounts: May be closed after 12 months of inactivity

Reactivation: Submit updated documentation and a new order
